Refund and Returns Policy

All products purchased on Dubai Electricals will be acceptable for returns only if:

• Unused items in their original packaging.
• Dead on arrival (DOA)
• Manufacturing Defect
• Wrong product received
• Physical damage in transit
• Buyer’s Remorse

Replacement request is acceptable only within 30 days from the date of delivery. In case of wrong/damage/defective products please notify us by email or Whatsapp (with images & unboxing video) within 24 hours after receiving the product.

•If your product is within the return window, please fill the replacement request form. Your request will be responded within 48 hours.

•Your order will be picked up within 48hrs after the return request is approved.

•Please ensure that the product is packed well for shipping along with original packing and all the accessories.

•Your replacement will be shipped within 3-15 working days after verification process. Subjective to the availability of the product.

Once your return is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the item. After the item is collected, we will promptly process a refund to your original payment method.

You can expect the refund to be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not charge any restocking fees. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free return experience for our customers.
